Water-based formula is packed full of live, active bacteria. Because Symprove is water-based, it does not trigger digestion.
More live and active bacteria surviving passage through the stomach means a better opportunity to colonise the gut. Suggested use drink 60ml of symprove first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 15 mintues before eating and drinking.
